Reinventing how buildings are maintained.

Drone-powered facade cleaning, inspection and intelligence.

Buildings are getting smarter.
Maintenance should too.

Buildings are taller and facades more complex. Owners are also expected to know far more about the condition of what they manage.

Most facade work still starts by building temporary access to the wall, then working by hand. We add a different way of operating: drones, repeatable procedures and data, starting at the facade.

How facades are reached today
  • Scaffolding
  • Gondolas
  • Rope access
  • Looking from the ground, roof or windows
What SKYHY adds
  • Planned drone operations, with less equipment and fewer people at height
  • Procedures that repeat from site to site
  • A record of every pass and every finding
  • A clearer view of facade condition over time
Two ways to reach a facade

Same facade.A different way to reach it.

Drag the divider to compare traditional rope-access cleaning with drone facade cleaning.

Traditional Rope-Access Cleaning
A technician is suspended on ropes and cleans the wall by hand, one drop at a time.
Drone Facade Cleaning
The spray is carried to the facade by drone, operated by a crew on the ground.

Drone Facade Cleaning

Cleaning passes delivered by drone, planned zone by zone, with far less equipment hanging from the building.

About drone facade cleaning

Building Facade Inspection

Structured visual data from every elevation, including the areas no one has looked at closely in years.

  • Cracks
  • Tile condition
  • Sealants
  • Deterioration
  • Water indicators
  • Exterior abnormalities
About building facade inspection
Also from SKYHY

Facade coating and protection completes the cycle: a treatment chosen for the material, applied once the surface is clean and its condition recorded.

Facade coating & protection

Cleaning and inspection follow the same six steps. Select a step.

Team and qualifications

Technology is only useful when operations are controlled.

Safety is not one part of the job. It is how the whole job is organised.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know the facade area or material before contacting you?

No. Your name, one way to reach you and the service you are interested in are enough. We work out the rest with you, usually starting with a site assessment.

Is the inquiry form a quotation request?

No. It is an initial inquiry. A formal quotation is prepared only after we have reviewed the building and, where needed, assessed the site.

Which areas do you serve?

Taichung is our main service area. Projects in other regions are assessed case by case.

Does drone work replace scaffolding, gondolas and rope access?

Not entirely. Those methods remain part of the industry. Drone operations change how the facade is reached, with less equipment and fewer people at height.

We start with buildings, and we are building toward the wider low-altitude economy. About SKYHY
